Well, Galaxy ownership has not been kind to me thus so far. Todays issue: After a night of heavy rain I got into the car this morning to find what can only be describes as olimpic size swimming pools in both front footwells. My immediate thought went to Heater matrix. Si I checked the water levels, and going by the ammount of water in the footwells Id guessed about a litre of water, maybe more so I would have noticed the missing water int eh header tank. Not that, water level is fine. SO I must conclude its due to the rain. Next quiestion, howz it getting in? Door seals was my immediate thought, but once on the road I could hear water dripping and could also see it freely running into the footwells from under the dash. Now, when I turn right or the car leans to the left, I hear what sounds like leaves or somethning bunched up in the N/S/F wheel but I think its water getting about the blower motor, a look under the pass side dash confirmed water leaking from around the blower motor area, I havnt been able to locate the leak into the drivers side yet. So, can anyone please shed some light? Ive no idea how the water could be getting in. I was parked on a bit of a slope if thats any clue, the front was a bit lower than the back. Any info is very much appreciated. P.S. Its a MK1 Galaxy 2.8 Ultima Auto. Many thanks
