Sorted NOT fuse 24 as in manual but fuse 33

Hi My 2002 2.8 Ghia Galaxy wipers got frozen (-14deg) Now they are defrosted they just don't work. Fuse OK (fuse no 24 30amp) Is there a relay for them? and if so any idea where it is. Failing this any suggestions Many thanks
