Cheers! I've actually identified that loom as a mess while I'm poking around randomly. There is a black wire, with a red stripe, 0.5mm which is definitely broken. I've hashed it together again. Do you know what it is for? The brown wire with the red stripe is in tact and looks good. Do you know where in the boot lid it comes from? I'm guessing the locking mechanism.

I'm having some trouble with the boot lid in my Alhambra. I hope it's similar to a Galaxy. The car constantly thinks the boot is open and it's causing alarm problems. I guess it's something to do with the switch that tells the car when it is shut. Does anyone know where that is or how it works? Or have a suitable wiring diagram?
