Dob 1811

Hi, I have the same problem on my MKIII 06', noticed about 3 weeks ago. I don't have a sunroof and I'm pretty sure that it's not washer fluid, (doesn't taste right!). I keep sponging the excess out, but need a solution..before the carpets start to rot! Any help would be appreciated..
