I have a similar problem with the steering, i was told the the steering rack was at fault as it is leaking oil, I have to keep topping up the oil level for the steering, this stops the noise. munster

The ford galaxy 1.9tdi 03 automatic car looses power if i accelerate to hard or when climbing up a hill. i have to pull in off the road switch off the engine, remove the key and then restart, the problem seems to fix it self but then problem could hapen again at any time. can anybody help?
