where can i get a no 30 relay from??

how do i get to them on my T reg 2.3?? searched the faq and cant find how to get to the relays, how do locate them and mine starting intermitantly

hi all i got a 99 2.3 si galaxy and started to run badly, so far i changed the plugs and no difference... pull off lead no1 and made no diference, pull lead off no3 and it ran all lumpy... swapped the coils around and taking of no1 lead and makes no difference, but when i tried lead on no3 pulling it of and made no diference as if not firing, but if i pull the multiplug off the coils the engine dies.............. is it leads or i think the coils are dying..............
