Hi, I noticed that the drivers side wiper was not longer wiping up to the pillar. Over successive days was getting shorter and shorter, speed seemed normal though. As described elsewhere on this forum removed mechanism and re-greased. Drivers side spindle was very stiff. Now all moves freely and re-fitted to car. However travel is exactly the same as before!! Parked position is normal with both blades flat. Any other ideas anyone? Thanks

Thanks for the replies. Had another good look and found it! Clipped to back of wiring loom to the wiper motor. Have attached a picture.

Hi all, I am trying to locate the ambient (outside) temperature switch for the auxiliary booster heater. Seen on the forum it should be by the wiper mechanism in front of the pollen filter near middle of battery, but found nothing. Any other possible locations? 2002 1.9 Tdi Ghia Thanks
