just a quick question for all you knowledgable people,i left my sharan tdi in gear tonight and forgot when i came to go out again so i stalled it then there was a whirring sound and the car would not turn over when i switched it back on.i bumped it is i was on a slope and it was ok until i switched off the engine,there was still a whirring sound,would it be the starter motor sticking?starter motor only 7 months old,would it be best to clean it up?i had to take the battery lead off to stop the noise. thanks in advance darkmil180
