Hi von Stock I just bought a Ford Galaxy 1,9 tdi 2003 89000km and efter one week, the whole car began to vibrate. I went to ford, and they sad the same thing what they did to you, and it will cost about 1200 pound. I didn't want to pay that, so I did by myself. I found out that the cable bridge to the injecters, had a loose connection, so i clean it, and now it works perfectly again :) I hope it work for you to.
