Its a Ford Galaxy Ghia 1998 on R plate. 2.3 Petrol engine with manual gearbox. Will turn over, but wont fire up??? Appreciate any advice, thanks. PS It made a loud grinding noise,like metal.. just now when trying to start!!

Hi Ive had problems starting Galaxy for a few months, replace Relay 30, yesterday and it started no problem. Gone to start it this morning and it will turn over but not start, wont even jump start...Please help, no idea what to try next :)
