hello i have an 07 1.8tdci and 4 up with luggage i get over 45 mpg on the motorway (if the comp is to be believed)but on 3/4 (just over 11 gallons) of a tank i get over 500 miles combined. on our recent camping trip to cornwall from sunny leicester we managed over 650 miles on a tank of fuel. which compared to my 1.8 focus which i was proud of doing over 30 mpg is amazing. for a laden mpv with tent and family and massive tent and family dog thats a impressive consumption. my only tip is changing the air filter regularly to keep consumption figures.

how did you get on with project ?

Hello all, i am having a few problems with my 2007 mk3 galaxy. where would i get to look at a schematic wiring diagram to attempt to trace the faults ? i have contacted Haynes to buy a manual, but only have to wait 18months for them to write it. mmmmm not long now then ! any advice would be greatly appreciated. thank you Darryl

there isnt a key hole on a mk 3 ! do you mean mk 2 ?

i purchased my 07 mk3 2 weeks ago and went to open tailgate to let dog in and all you hear is a faint click?

I have managed to get the remote control to work using some useful information from this forum, but i am still unable to clone the transponder. the car will not recognise the transponder. any ideas or have i got to shell out

Hello, sorry if this a commin subject, but how do you program the remote and the transponder on a new shape galaxy (2007) with the flat key. I have had lots of fords previously and managed to recode all of those but this one is beating me. Thanks in anticipation Darryl
