Hi All Being a new member I do not know if this topic has been mentioned and answered before. I have just bought a mk 1 galaxy down here in Bournemouth. I have not been able to get the Cruise Control to work. I have read a few threads in this forum regarding vacuum pipes becoming perished and detaching them selves from the nicely hidden vacuum pump behind the indicator lamp. My question is a little simpler. When you move the sliding switch on the steering column to turn the Cruise Control on, is there any indication on the dash board????? I cant find anything in the owners blurb and dare not go to my local ford dealership and appear less than intelligent...... help this new member please. David
