No I hadn't seen it working. Got it from used parts place who told me it was working. It worth plumping for a new one then you think? Non of the sensors are working, front or back so I can't see it being them that are dodgy. Where is this washer pipe? I can't see it in the well under the seat?

Yeah it was a working second hand module. Why would it not work on another vehicle? What's U/S by the way?

Hi again. So I exchanged my parking sensor module and now the thing makes no noise at all! With the old module in the light on the switch flashed and it bleeped for a few seconds. With the replacement module in there is no light and no noise. Any ideas what the problem could be? Could it be anything other than the module?

Hi all. Hope someone can help me with this because these parking sensors are essential for my wife! When I switch the sensor on it bleeps once then continuously bleeps for 3 or 4 seconds then stops. The light on the switch then flashes. Any ideas?

I've got a 2002 V6 Galaxy. Anyone know how to remove the clock on the top of the dashboard? Mine doesn't illuminate and I presume it should so need to remove it. It feel quite loose as if it should come out quite easily but I can't get it out! Any ideas?

Hello there yet again! Right, so I've got me a code reader and plugged it in and it worked perfectly. Looked up the codes and got my descriptions. Now I need to know what the descriptions mean as I know virtually NOWT about cars! So here are the codes and descriptions: 00812 - Brake pressure release solenoid 17947 - Clutch vacumn vent valve switch incorrect signal 16500 - Engine coolant temp circuit range/performance If anyone could tell me what all this means and if they need attention and maybe even a guestimate price range for getting them sorted, it would be much appreciated. Maybe one day but cheap and simple will do for now I think. It's my engine fault light that keeps appearing so the code reader should do the job.

I don't know what a vagcom is or what it does! I just want something simple to telle what the fault is and this looks like the easiest option, just plug it in and bish bash bosh the error code appears'

Yeah I saw the one on amazon thanks. I mean is the diagnostics connector in the 2002 galaxy 2.8 16 pin, not the one on the reader.

I'm thinking of buying a U280 code reader as my engine fault light keeps iluminating on my 2002 2.8 Galaxy. Does anyone know where I connect it and if it's a OBD-II 16 pin diagnostic plug or will I need a 2x2 to 16 pin adapter?

After reversing today, I could not get into a forward gear. The gearstick went into position but when the clutch was raised it never engaged. After turning the car off and on again everything was ok again. The engine fault light has been on for a few days but I haven't had any problems until this. I don't know if the two are related at all? Anyone have any ideas??

Anyone know if there is a storage box that can be bought for a 2002 Galaxy? I have removed the 3rd row of seats and could do with something to keep my bits and pieces in in the boot to stop them flying around!
