Hi Guys n Gals I have had my Galaxy for bout five years and since then the key has opened the lock quite happily. As far as I am aware the button on the key fob (AKK21 type) hasn't done anything. Having said that I am not quite sure WHAT the button is for. The battery inside the fob is a U625 type. Can anyone enlighten me on its function. Is it for remote central locking or something more sofisticated!! Not sure whether after all this time to replace the battery as I am not sure of its function. :16: Cheers

Hi Guys n Gals Has anyone got a quick way of removing old Body trim tape from door trims. Need to stick it back on but can't get the old double sided tape off. Cheers

Hi All Any one know where i can get low cost replacement bulbs for my 1999 Galaxy 1.9TDI? I don't fancy paying dealership added tax! It is the tachometer side bulb. Does the bulb come out of the housing or is it a bulb and housing complete I need? No identification marks on the removed bulb. The largest size in the back of the panel. Mail order, internet or backstreet emporium. Cheers

Hi I have a 1.9TDI Galaxy. Lately I need to use a booster battery daily to get it going in the morning. Once done it's fine for the rest of the day. Problem appeared after boxing day. Helped a neighbour to get his car started (Rover something or other), with jump leads. Any suggestions on the couse and remedy at all? :(
