  1. I have exactly the same issue with water in the passenger side footwell. It seems to make its way in through the roof channels under the rubbers as the top of the carpet is dry (under glove box). I put it down to having a roof bar system fitted though??
  2. Thanks for that AMac. Will see if I can try to free it myself.
  3. Hi, could somebody help me please? I have started using our Galaxy 2.8 V6 with a manual gearbox again after not using it for about 6 months. It ran fine for about a week and then we started finding the gear shift to be stiff. It is the horizontal (neutral) selector that is stiff. I topped up the hydraulic oil in the Power Steering pot as it was low and was told this would help. That was this morning. I took it out for a drive and everything seemed fine for about an hour until I got stuck in third and fourth. Now the selector has almost seized. Only the left/right (neutral) selector. I have removed the inside console and it is fine. I also removed the selector (white cable selector) off the gearbox and the gear stick works fine. I have tried moving the fixed part protruding from the gear box by hand but cannot move it. I have just checked the oil in the gearbox itself by removing the filler cap and there is oil in the gear box. Any ideas anybody? Would be grateful for any advice. P.S. I had a new clutch fitted 18 months ago.
