We have X reg mk2 Galaxy, which left standing for 3 days has a flat battery! This is not the first time that this has happened. We (my husband) had to jump start the car numerous times during the cold spell, which has resulted in the CD changer not working and we can't get our CD's out. So replaced the battery, thought our problems were solved. NOT, hubby fixed the passenger window, found 1 wire broken another frayed. (Found out how to do it from this brilliant forum). Could this have been the cause, NO. Hubby replaced the passenger door mirror, (which i broke off) had to wire it in, not sure if it has ben done correctly) but the mirror moves. There was a mobile phone in the car once, father in-law removed the glove comparment bulb, he had the car before us and it went flat on him too. we have removed the CD changer. Can any one out there offer us some help, I have read on another forum that the mobile phone can drain a battery, if this is possible, how do we (my husband) go about removing it? Thanking you all in advance.
