Don't know if this is still current...... 1) Zetec-E engines from 6/98 (Blacktop) had many engine modifications, including solid cam followers (tappets), so apart from the oil viscosity the above is incorrect. 2) When you changed coil/leads/plugs did you leave them installaled ? 3) Have you physically and electrically checked the whole harness and cleaned connectors from engine through to PCM? 4) Checked the clutch switch and harness/connectors back to the PCM?
