My diesel Galaxy has just been left in a supermarket car park as i got in it and nothing at all! My hubby came with jump leads but no good so we think it is the starter motor, which also went on old P reg galaxy! The remote key was working as locked myself and my daughter in at one point then the alarm went off. Either the starter motor or maybe the fuel injection system?

Hi all I bought my 51 reg Galaxy just over a week ago and when we picked it up the radio was on and was showing the local radio station, no problem. We have since played CDs and my hubby has tuned it in to MW to listen to the sport! and now I can't get anything from FM. Is it me or has something gone wrong? :unsure: I hope it's just me!

Ihave just bought a 51 reg galaxy with media player but although all the lights on the dvd player come on and can get remote to work it, nothing comes on screens. I put the three leads from that to centre console but still nothing can anyone help, please?!

On a similar theme, we have just bought a 2001 1.9tdi, also our second galaxy, also with no manual either! Where do all these manuals go?! We have a clock counting up i.e 19 hours 35 mins but have no idea what this is counting up from?! Any ideas please?! Also the dealer gave us two different keys, wasn't interested when we phoned him about it, so wondering if we can get second key re-programmed or buy a key that will work.

After having a 1.9 td P reg for 4 years, my hubby and I decided to buy a new car. We looked at different makes but couldn't find one that we liked better so bought a 51 reg same engine size, and got it last Monday. We were sad to say goodbye to the old one, named Gary as he had been a reliable, for the most part! car and had done 50k in those 4 years. We love the new one, (Gary jr natch!) though as the spec is great on it and the girls love the fact it has tv screens in the head rests! The only problem is, it didn't come with a manual so the various controls on the dashboard are quite confusing, esp the heating/climate control! Love those heated seats though! Once we have worked out all the different settings etc we will really love driving it, never driven a 6 speed car before! You can't beat a Galaxy, in our opinion.
