Great thread people, I have a 2003 Galaxy TDI LX, purchased today ;) and I am going to fit parking sensors I got from eBay. This thread has been very helpful as they didn't come with instructions, cheers.

Loads to choose from on Fleabay but difficult to male out the good ones from the bad. Nice link, thanks. I think I may go for the Dolphin 6. Anyone know if Galaxy's that are not fitted with parking sensors still come with the holes pre drilled in the bumpers? Benn

Hi yall Collecting my 2002 Galaxy1.9TDI LX in a week and am thinking of adding parking sensors to the car. The thing is, I dont know a lot about the difference between all the kits on the market and dont want to end up with one that clearly looks as though it isnt factory fit, I would like to get as close to the original fitted Ford unit as possible. Has anyone done this themselves and can give me any recommendations? Benn

Hi all. I have recently invested in a 2003 Galaxy LX 1.9TDI, collect it early in the new year - yay! I have a few bits to sort out on the car and am hoping someone here can help me. 1 - The ford badge on the front grill needs replacing. I have ordered one from eBay but how does it attach? 2 - 3 of the headrests and gear stick gator need replacing, can anyone recommend anywhere in particular I can get a good price on them? 3 - Any suggestions on how to go about getting parking sensors fitted and is it difficult to do? Thanks in advance for any help. Seems like a good site and a wealth of knowledge I will no doubt be dipping into over the next few years :lol: Benn
