hey mike, a bit late in the day but did u ever find the problem. I too have a gas converted 2.3 and on start up its a bit jerky till it switchesd over to lpg and then its fine. Let us know what your soloution was if any.

Hi, i have a 03reg 2.3ghia petrol. The problems started a few weeks ago. First the outside temperature in the main dash started to show abnormal temperatures. Then the rear heater would remain on and wouldnt turn off even at the off setting on the climate control panel, and also the speed of the front heaters goes up and down by it self. Now the outside temp is showing nothing in the dash and the climate panel is stuck one speed and though u can knock the speed in climate display down to the off position the actual heater remains on, but u can adjust temperature and direction, and also ac not cruise stopped working also. Help someone r they all connected?
