I have just replaced the cylinder head on my 1.9tdi galaxy. The engine turns over fine but won't show any signs of starting. I have cracked the nuts on the injectors and fuel is getting through, although there must be a problem somewhere in the fuel system as I can see the diesel draining back from the fuel pump through the clear pipe that runs along the front of the engine. When I first re-connected the battery I got some beeps (2 beeps), which I assume are for diagnostic purposes but these have stopped now. Does anyone have any ideas?
