Hi thanks got a better idea now

Hi I have a mk1 alhambra driving home to day suddenly had play in steering wheel about 3" either way got home just. when looking at colum wheel moves by said amount but looking at joint no movement til play used looks like top bit of colum sorry if I sound daft never had anything like this happen before any help or name of part needed would be very gratefully recieved Thans Don
