Hi please can someone help me.....stupid car driving me nuts. p reg ford galaxy 2.0 litre There was a heavy down pour of rain the rear and front wipers stopped working, plus the heaters also the front/back demisters the jet washes and the handbrake light came on?? Also when it rains there is water in the passenger footwell (i heard the water running down the back of panel)?? under bonnet the water doesnt seem like it drains away the panel that sits just under the motor was soaked!! Ive checked all fuses none blown but even so i replaced them for new ones just in case. Ive looked at the relays in fuse board but all seems ok no loose ones no corrosion or anything. A friend of mine had a look and said it could be the motor so stupidly i went and bought one it wasnt the motor!!! ahh please can someone reply kind regards kelly

hi tom53 this is exactly what happened to my car the wipers stopped in downpour and the handbrake light on. My galaxy is a p reg where abouts is the relay 18 situated? Ive been off the road for 4mths any help would be greatly received. kelly
