mad mark

Hi everyone,I have a 57 plate Galaxy edge and have just brought it back from a service and the rear tailgate will not open. If i disconnect the battery will the central locking unlock itself . The rear wiper was not working before service and they had to investigate the wiring to sort it out so maybe thats caused the problem. Cheers mark
