Hi guys, Our MK2 2.8 V6 failed the MOT yesterday as the ABS and ESP lights on the dash did not illuminate in the starting sequence after starting the engine. Have checked all fuses and no problems there - before I start ripping her apart does anybody have any suggestions please

Out of interest did you find anything out about which belt as I have the same problem!!

Hi all - I have a 2.0l MK 1 and the air con compressor has seized. Looking around they are expensive to replace, not worth it as the car is 14 years old now. I have read on various sites about people removing the compressor and putting a smaller aux belt in - so having no air con. Does anybody have any experience or advice on the subject?
