Hi Mad Baz You don't know how long I have been looking for a diagramme like this!! I'm installing an aftermarket ECU on a kit car which uses the 1.6 Zetec S engine and have been having a hell of a job finding out which sensors are which, so you diagramme is a great help. However if you could help me out with a couple of points I would be eternally grateful..... I can't located the vehcile speed sensor from the diagramme, can you descibe where it is? Also is the cylinder head temperature sensor the same as the coolant temp sensor? Finally do you know where the air temp sensor is, if there is one - is it part of the MAF sensor? Cheers R
