Hi there, I drive 2003 Alhambra ( Same as Sharan) with 1.9 HP 130 HP motor, 105K miles on the clock. I have been using this car for the last year and half, during this time i have changed 7 drive boots. Both sides inner and outer have failed. The first three replacements were out of a motor factors but the remainder have been VW parts. Today before MOT test I see driver side inner has gone again. Can anyone suggest a reason for this as I am getting fed up replacing them. No obvious driveshaft or suspension issues to blame. Otherwise great motor.

Hi there, some time ago I had the dreaded interior flooding from the rear wash pipe joint coming adrift. At the time it also destroyed the box under the passenger seat for the parking sensors, at present I have not replaced this box. During the recent weeks the drivers door window will go down but not up, central locking on drivers door has also stopped working plus locking for fuel flap is playing up. I was wondering if the control box under the passenger seat which got wet controls the central locking & electric windows as well as the parking sensors. Car is 2003 Alhambra, many thanks.

Hi there I have recently experienced the old blown joint in the passenger side footwell from the rear wash pipe. unfortunatly it seems to have killed the PDC unit as well. I am sourcing a replacement module at the minute and am wondering if it is a matter of plugging it in and all will be well again or can it have damaged the sensors as well? I noticed the light flashing for the parking sensors on the dash but now will not light at all. Is this unit fuse protected? This is on a 2003 Alhambra with front and rear parking sensors.

Hi there I was looking to source a passenger side front speaker grill for my 2003 Alhambra. Do I have to get it from Dealer or can after market ones be got? Thanks
