I have had this problem twice, both times fuel pump relay, the first time ford did it the second time did it myself, (with help from R.A.C) the car was fine just listen for the pump when you turn the key.

My 1996 galaxy has failed it's MOT for 'excissive movement in O/S top suspension bush' said bush is fitted between body & front struts. This is an easy job if the suspension unit top mount nut wasn't as wet & rushy as the titanic! needless to say can't undo it. Have searched this site for rusty struts, have found it is a common problem - water seems to fill the cups up! but how do I get them off now? ANY IDEAS !!!!!
