  1. ps apologies to all comments only apply to drivers foot well!!!
  2. Hi have come across the same problem in driver well on diesel model 1999 vehicle and was told that I should replace the wind screen, not a solution. A friend who has a Fords workshop manual tells me that the pollen filter needs to be moved (on petrol models there are some other bits that also have to be repositioned) it's a design problem with the way the air and moisture pass around the system. Fords have the solution so one would expect that all dealers would know how to tackle the problem! Please see my posting, I'm looking to see if anyone has managed to get ford to fund the work!
  3. have found large amounts of water flooding in during wet weather to the drivers foot well in our 'new' to us, Galaxy (1999model). A friend has a ford service manual which identifies the source of the problem being the way the air conditioning is configured at manufacture and that the solution is to reposition the pollen filter to the other side of the car. Has any one else encountered this problem and managed to get the modification done for no charge by fords? Or As it seems to be a design fault has this been the subject of a recall?
