don't be fooled by flame out being the glow plug, on my mk2 1.9 zetec i changed the glow plug the heater would start then would fault due to over heating turned out to be the electronic curculation pump behind the fuel filter had stopped working .I replaced the pump and it's been a warm winter so far.
