Not a chance mate, visteon use their own connectors. There are at least 2 versions of the DVD player though, and later ones were linked to a "controller assembly" and came with a keycode just like the radios. Its highly probably you have the wrong DVD player for the system you have in the car - it should just connect direct into the media controller Great things only get better, yes this one came with keycode, i have plugs which go into the back of the dvd player, but then i cant get anything to connect these 2x 22 pin plugs too.

Hi hope you guys can help...... My galaxy has got a visteon media system, it has the screens in the headrest and vcr player in the back (which is jamming). so i brought a Visteon DVD player to fit in between the two front seat, under the media unit, however the DVD player has 2x 22 pin plugs comming out of it, none of these fit into the black box. is there a connector avaiable for this, also im suprised that 2x 22 pin plugs go into one plug. hope someone can help thanks

Hi, i have just brought a 2002 galaxy, with leather etc etc, it has the version vhs system installed with the media volume control between the two front seats ( no DVD player there) its has a kenwood normal cd player fitted at the front in the dash. Should the screens in the headrest still work ??? also it has a vhs player in the rear compartment above the wheelarch, but no power, i have checked all teh fuses they are fine. thanks in advance.

Hi Hope someone can help, I have just brought a mk11 galaxy 1.9tdi which has a lovely set of 19inch alloys on it, it looks lowered (maybe just due to the size of the alloys) however when cornering hard or going over bumps the wheels touch the wheel arches, its sitting on 225/40/19 on fronts, 255/40/19 on the rears. I hope somebody can come up with a cure for the wheels touching. thanks
