the restrictor bar is ok but when i looked at the sparkplugs 1 2 3 where fine no 4 was sparking but oiled up

my 1996 2.0 auto is ok on tick over but when i pull away it judders like a train untill i get to 35/40 it still does it but not itas much I thought it was a sticky valve so did a flush and oil chang it did not work can it be the auto box please help
