Thanks everyone, I really really appreciate the replies. I'm going to have a go with the fuse etc. It is manual air con (dials etc). As for the sunroof, I'm not sure, it doesn't work at all, we had to take the panel off to get it shut....

Thanks have ordered a manual, and am going to have a go at replacing the fuse and resistor. The fans in the back seem to work at high speeds, but the front, and windscreen clearing ones don't do anything.... Will give it a go.

I have just bought an N reg Galaxy from my sister in law, which with a lot of tlc has scrubbed up ok. The sunroof doesn't work, but I can live with that, but the fans don't seem to do anything, so it gets a bit steamy, and I will have 3 very grumpy children if I don't sort out heating before the weather turns. Is there anything I should try myself, or should I just take it to a garage? Thanks.x
