I have a ford galaxy 1996 1.9TDi that seems to be running high when ticking over (approx 1250-1500) revs. I have changed the oil, oil filter, air filter and the problem still remains. Also there is a hole in the pipe that feeds the airbox, I have covered it in tape but it hasnt made much difference. There is also a noise like an exhaust blowing coming from the airbox. Please help in any way you can. P.S The glow plug light flashes whilst driving, anything to do with it? Thank you
