  1. Thanks kev ,,,, it was the fuel filter holding the fuel back. when i took it off the whole filter was twisted ( like it was rung out ) its running great now... so to you and the guyds the guys who were supportive in this matter .... Carl
  2. Well that maybe what the service manager told you, but it wasn't the filter causing the problem, only the tech who fixed it would know what he did to fix it. it WAS the Fuel Filter ,,,,, i spoke to 3 diferent ford dealers and they all said 90% of power faults is the fuel filter ..... so who is the BAFFOON now
  3. thanbks for your explantion i have no excessive smoke at all ????
  4. thanks for that ...... the only reason i thought it could have been the filter is because a very similar fault happened with my 2ltr tdci mondeo . and peoples changed the filter and it worked perfect ,,, i will get it on the diognostic comp aswell
  5. . thanks for the quick reply but i dont think it is the turbo (hopefully) i thinl that kick in at 2 and a half thou revs becuase it has loads of power until hard acceleration , when it satrts ti judder i hold back on accelerator and it picks up gradually.. could this be the fuel filter?
