  7. hi all, i've got a 1996 2.8 v6 gal and my number 2 plug isn't firing, i changed the lead and its still not firing is there a way to fix this coil pack problem or am i lookin at buying a new coil pack? thanks

  9. hi all, could anyone point me in the right direction with my galaxy. its a 1996 n reg 2.8 cd v6 every time i start it up it sounds rough, i give it some throttle and it sounds as if its sucking in too much air and there is a major loss of power sometimes it'll clear it self and goes like the clappers but most of the time its running and idleing is rough, i pulled the air filter box out as well as the air flow meter and the hoses going to it put it all together again making sure it was all tight and secure and started it up and still no better, while the car was running i disconnected the lead from the air flow meter and it still ran and made no difference in the idleing, could this air flow meter be the problem or could it be something else? could anyone whos had the same sort of problem give me a list of what it could be as i'm getting a bald patch from scrathing my head so much. thanks in advance
  10. hi all, does or can anyone upload a picture of a mk 1 galaxy 2.8 v6 air box? reason being i have major problems on start up as it sounds like a dragster with 20 k&n induction kits fitted, the box on the car when i bought it seems too big and doesnt fit securly to the air flow meter. once it gets warm it runs ok with a lot of power but uses far too much petrol. pls help
