Had a similar problem with my drivers window. Replaced motor/regulator, still just clicking ! Then checked all the wires with a volt meter, all good. Then realised may be a problem with a wire under load, was ! mine was the earth (brown wire) Easy to test, get a pin and push it into the brown wire (assuming earth problem) and then connect to earth (body work) and try !
