I have a 2000 V reg 2.3 Petrol Galaxy. just replaced the wiper linkage with a new part (got the old one out which was siezed solid.. to the point where the arm broke on trying to free it). I now notice the park position is off (driver side blade a little high) on putting the arms back. I've tried all seting positions, but if I put them back to what I class as factroy park the wipers will hit when returning to park positon before coming back up to wipe the screen. I also note the splines (i think thats what their called) in the wipers arms are very worn.. They seem to be fine and work well if I set the drivers side as i say a little higher, but wanted to know if this was going to cause a problem to the new linkage splines to where they connect over time.
