I have a 09 plate Galaxy Ghia, with a Ford built in Sat Nav unit (don't know the model, got the owners manual here but nowhere does it give a model number on it) unit has a CD player, SD card slot with card in it, is a blue tooth unit for my phone and Sat Nav unit with a 6 CD Changer attached. The radio is working, but nothing else, blue screen on the unit, no volume control, phone blue tooth not being detected - zilch. Worked fine until this morning when my daughter turned the unit back on to listen to the radio after I'd stopped car and removed key, turned unit off on the volume button when we left the car - so it didn't run for an hour to itself - since then blue screen. Need the sat nav as I rely on it on a daily basis for work, worse than that need blue tooth to phone..... Any ideas. Thanks folks

Hi there, sorry if this topic has been covered elsewhere have searced but cannot find I have a late 2009 Galaxy Ghia with a CD Sat Nav unit (SD Card slot version) My phone used to bond with the unit each time the phone was in the car, but had to have phone repaired which wiped the settings out, have rebonded phone with car unit as below and the book, but each time I get in the unit says the phone is not available and the phone asks permission to bond to the unit - very frustrating, which step have I missed?? Anyone know please? :) Many thanks
