Intrigued! Is there a particular part name for these, of are they just 'Galaxy built in child seats'? Standard, or just on some models?

We're looking closely at buying a used 2003 2.3L 140bhp petrol Mk 2 Galaxy for our family of four little'uns, ranging in age from 7 to soon-to-arrive. It looks like the bulk of the 'real' Galaxy knowledge resides on this site, so we were wondering: 1. How's the 2.3 for fuel? We'll be doing a bunch of short 'school' type driving, with a few longer tours. Understand that we can't have the best of both... 2. Are there any attachment points for child seats (ie roof/floor bolt holes)? Thanks!
