Thanks. i have checked all rubbers and they are fine. should i pull them out and check?

i have an Galaxy S Reg 2.3 Ghia. i am having problems with my central locking. i do not have a central locking remote so i have been using my key to lock and unlock the car, this has been fine until recently. when i put the key in the lock and unlock it only that door opens, so if i put the key in the driver doors and unlock it only opens that door and same with the passenger door. my biggest problem is that the boot is always open as the key can not lock it. PLEASE PLEASE HELP.........
