Thanks Giles, It seems I have a wire problem alright, I pulled the rubber boot over and the insulation on a green/red coloured wire is broken. I'm not sure if this is the problem but it's somewhere to start.

Hi, I have a 97 Galaxy si, recently the front drivers side window stopped working. It doesn't even make a noise and the global open/close on the key opens the passenger side window but not the drivers. Could this still be a wire problem or is it more likely to be the motor itself. I partly removed the door card to expose the motor but don't have a clue what to do next! Any help would be great :angry2:
