Hi Guys, It appears that both the cooling fans on the radiator have stopped working. The Temp has neen rising with the air con on, but stays moor constant with it off. and the air con is not as cold. Last time this happened, had the climate control check and one of the wires had come off one of the fans. reconnected it all was fine. Am taking it to an auto electrician tomorrow to see if they can tell me for definate. If it is the fans, any idea how much I should expect to pay. Cheers Mark

I know there has been some coverage of this topic before after searching through the post's, but didn't answer my question. This week the front wipers on my 1999 TDI Ghia decided to start working on there own and wouldn't turn off. I advised the garage about the post on here from other people advising to check the relay, (it had to go in for other work anyway) They have told me that it needs a new wiper motor, I nearly fell over when the told me that cost of the part. If it needs doing then fine but looking through other posts, it only seems to need a new motor when the wiper stop working. Any advice appreciated, (they will be getting the part in on Monday) Cheers Mark

Hi Guys, 99 Galaxy ghia x 1.9 tdi Bought the car earlier this year with 51.000 miles on the clock, Service schedule showed Major Service at 50,900 miles. This morning with 58,000 miles on, the service display is showing in02. Does in02 mean Major Service if so is it just that there service's are out of sync with computer? Or does it need a major service? Thanks in advance Mark

I noticed the same thing on my wheel, they have slight damage on them. When I was taking it to get new set of tyres I took them off myself and found a small screwdriver does the trick if you put it through one of the holes in the cap, seemed to come of easier to.

Finally ordered 4 Tyre's this morning, having them fitted Thursday. 215/55/16 Dunlop,

Just checked the Tyre's on my Galaxy, not had it that long. I have 215/55/16, tyre presure's are set at 34 front and 31 rear, would you recommend increasing this to 44 front and 38 rear, It is unusual for it to be fully laden. I have also been looking at the posts about reinforced tyre's and load weights. Mine has 93w and 93v on the front and 97w and 93w I know the letter on relates to speed, nut its the load weight that worries me I saw a post saying 95 min reqired. I think its time to put a new set on and get all the same, any recommendations on tyre's?

Is this as simple as opening the casing and replacing the battery, or can it affect the key code.

Hi All, I'm looking to but a Ford Galaxy 7 seater, I was considering the 110 TDI. Is there anything that I should be looking for and any advice on which model. Cheers Mark
