I fitted a cheap similar kit off ebay. I went for the tail gate lock easy to get at, I found the two wires on the door lock and added into these all works great I even tapped into the fog lights to show it comes on and put the flashing On light against the back window .Hope this helps others . A quick ten pound fix with two remotes.

The Maf fault will bring up a code.I had the same problem,first unplug your Maf and see if you have power, if you do then it's faulty, I removed mine for a cheap new one off ebay and it worked for about a month.I have since fitted the old one after washing it with boiling water from my kettle a nd its been great .

Hi ya sounds like I've had the same problem I changed my air flow meter, I first disconnected it and it ran better bought a new one and it worked for a couple of weeks , today I have cleaned my absolute pressure sensor and my air flow sensor with hot soapy water and then blew dry it ,erase your codes ,now runs like new and no fault codes are coming up on my scanner,best of luck. oh and change the oil an filters every 5000 to 6000 miles
