Having only used seats 6 & 7 twice and having being dogged by one failure to many the gal has gone for a smaller work horse Super deal on a new VW Touran sport 2.0 tdi (170ps) DSG with all the toys, chuffed to bits I will miss the car esp the satnav and leather but NOT my FRAUD dealer :ph34r: IT ONLY TOOK THEM 8 TRY'S TO FIX THE AC,,,, again, again..... rant over can anyone recommend a good satnav.... money seems to be on a tom tom one Europe as best buy for low use Cheerio

i have had small leak, fixed - warranty, half day job then i had condencer unit fail at coupling - warranty fix... all day job falshing cc display - in for re gas and test - waranty all okay over 24 hrs at dealer. moved it for half hour failed again back to dealer and he fills it with some lub of sorts, well the contracted specialist they got in did, BINGO, fault, hole in pipe as touched by dealer when re fixing to new condencer unit.... NO rubber sleve protector between pip, clip and engine bay.... again total failure, two days in dealer, fault = their tech has not done yet another coupling up properly repair seems to have been bodged and teh condencer joint is goonered, neds replacing again.... whole day job ENOUGH!!!!!! much yelling shouting, more yelling, meeting with the MD etc, RESULT .>>>> car back loaded to Dagenham for a 100% AC refit..... job done! Three nice new scratches and dents in wing and door. Get car back from body repair, AC failed, didplay flashing again.... test shows dye from a hole in a new pipe caused by some monkey at their body shop when reconecting battery after respary they say. Only now do I feel it may finaly be fixed.... saying that... it will go t1ts up tomorrow no doubt! You just have to get under their skin so it seems! Oh and I got the dealship principles Focus ASBO for four days as well.... darn thing wheel spins in 4th if you try hard enough! Now for the p155 take.... new car sales call to say my car seems to have been in for quite a lot od warranty work and had I considered changing it for maybe a s-max or a new new galaxy..... FFS! Fraud service... utter shoite! Rant over

DAMM IT mine has just begun to flash with zero output Fraud fitted new condencer under warranty two mths ago / 2650 miles ago and now the darn thing has gone t1ts up again. booked in for diagnostic check tomorrow. on a plus side is the dye they added on repasir should show where the leak is... if they bothered fitting the dye that is any ideas what excuse they will come up with this time!!??

Having done plus 400,000 in hatch and estate cars.... I find my Gal the easyest thing to park... okay so the bleepers help a tad. Love watching others cower as I throw it though gaps they fear to brave.

Not good news. Fraud wanted an arm and a leg to take my door card off. It is a tough job but it can be done. Your local auto glass tech or coach works will get your door card off for a drink say

I changed mine recently... costs as follows (seat costs should be the same as fraud i guess) Drivers door... all the switches-giha spec

BAD news.... you have to take the door card off. You will then be able to undo the screw at the back and away you go. Thats on the MKII but by the lokks of oit the same on the MKI BUT the door card is a so and so to get off without damaging the clips. You will need a trim levering tool and my advise (took my door card off yetserday to fix a rattle) go to your fraud squeeler first and get 8 spare clips (20p each). I broke 6 of my eight. Good luck
