Breakers will be the next port of call. ebay have a couple of similar looking parts ( taken from a 1996 VW Sharan ) anybody know if im looking at a decent match?

I have a 1999 V 2.3 Zetec. It has just failed the MOT due to the rear( final row ) passenger seat belt having a tear/rip in it. Has gone unoticed for a while ( dog must have chewed it at some stage i think ) Anybody have a source for a replacement belt? The garage who MOT'd it sourced two ( reasonably priced )replacements which turned out to be the wrong part. Their only alternative was the ford part........................there lies the problem. Ford have quoted me

Drivers side electric window packed up last night on my 2.3 99 galaxy. Window went down and now refuses to come back up. Took off the door panel and had a quick look and it appears that the motor cable has somehow jammed at some point and has dislodged itself whereby its not feeding through the motor properly. The motor sounds fine as it is trying to get the window back up, just the cable is in a mess so wont allow it do do so. All other parts, wiring etc seem ok. My question is, can the cable be replaced soley? or is it a complete part ie motor cable regulator ? Phoned up ford, dont have it in stock ( what a surprise ) They quoted me
