Need to remove turbo on 1999 V reg Galaxy - problem is where the turbo is situated & the fact the exhaust inlet & outlet bolts are seized solid & corroded - think I have rounded some of them (which hasn't helped I know) - cannt get a nut splitter on them. If I could get the bolts off the turbo exhaust inlet, I could then remove the turbo & 1st section of exhaust Any one got any suggestions, all well received Thanks NKP

Problem yesterday - car sluggish up a long hill, then heard a rattle, then the revs kicked in & went up & up & up - key out - engine still running, had to stall it! After 15 mins started it again, on idle for a few seconds then off it raced again & had to stall to stop. After a scary tow, am just waiitng to find out what the problem is - any ideas? Thanks NKP

It took me about 4 hours start to finish, and that was taking my time.... You need to make sure you follow the superb thread by MuMof4. If you do that you cant go wrong.
