Hello all, I have had the intermittant front wiper syndrome so took it all to pieces to find the LH spindle tube stiff. I got it all cleaned up and moving nice and thought I would power up the motor to make sure I had put the linkage back together correctly. I looked at the plug on the loom and saw a fat black wire and a red/brown one.....my mistake was to assume the black one was the ground, it's not! needless to say I have goosed the controller on the wiper motor (what no reverse polarity protection ;) ). Anyway what I am after is if anyone has a burnt out motor (for 2001 facelift part number 0390 241 441) from which I could get the controller, a longshot I know but if you don't ask you don't get.

I may also be after those mats!! Ben
