Hi, Thanks to the last post (midhertsgalaxy), I also had a problem with the panel - the heater was stuck on cold regardless of the dial and the illumination of the panel was not working. I couldn't find a fuse for the unit in the fuse panel, so took the heater panel out as described above, took the connectors off and back on again, and reassembled. Sure enough, it all works again now. Thanks for the advice. FYI my Galaxy is a 2000 1.9 TDI model. :lol:
