I have the same problem with a recently purchased 2005 Galaxy. Fortunately whilst testing everything on the drive. It seems that the locating pins catch when retracting back into the bumper - this either jams the spray assembly or throws the cover off completely (hence one of our members loss and not maybe due to theft). The question is. how do you get the spray assembly to stay up to enable ease of fitting the cover? Hope someone can help.....................Newra
